Bay Area, by way of NY, rapper Mike Baker the Bike Maker is our #FOTR (Friend of The Rub) this week. You may remember Mike from his project he did with Eleven a couple years ago. We give a nod out to Mike this week as just dropped his new full length project, Cool Ass Life, which the HRNL member states that he strives to make “dope sounds that you can ride to”. The new album is definitely very backyard bbq party friendly with 10 vibed out cuts and an overall throwback sound that feels and sounds very familiar.
