While the climate of politics (and humanity in general) is in complete turmoil, it’s become increasingly difficult to find release and maintain sanity. Bless music for being a continuous outlet in all times, good and bad. We saw some heavy hitters release new music this week and a majority of it was flames. Missy Elliot returns with a new single and video that has to be watched to truly be felt. Sure it’s got a trap feel but Missy been on triplets and 808s since ’97. Major Lazer dropped a 108 bpm bomb with PARTYNEXTDOOR and Nicki Minaj that’s sure to be steaming along through the summer.
