#TBT – DJ Eleven – Canadian Bacon

Serious throwback this week from DJ Eleven for TBT. Going back to the tail end of the 00’s for his Canadian Bacon Mix. This was a promo mix done for Beat Street Records in Vancouver and one quick listen feels like a time warp back to the heyday of the Hollerboard. And Eleven’s Bay Area influence is all over this thing, especially in the first 20 mins or so. Throwbacks from the likes of Rick James, James Brown and Rolling Stones make an appearance.
